Manuscript Submission Deadline Extended

Due to COVID-19 situations and many requests to extend the deadline for submission of manuscripts, the deadline of 1 September 2020 is therefore extended hereby to 19 April 2021 and the date of acceptance notification is delayed hereby to 5 May 2021.
